Comment: I got this HDMI for my Xbox 360 MW2 bundle. It works with the Xbox 360, my HD DVD player and all my audio and video equipment! I need another 6 foot cable and this gave me another 1/2 ft. The cable is well built, I took this HDMI cable and plugged it into 6 devices and no loose ends or bad connections with it. I will be buying more Amazon Basics HS HDMI Cables.
The audio sent to my HD TV and HD receiver was able to get all the Digital Codecs for audio. I did notice that they did raise the price on this item after I got by a few dollars. I was able to get it for less than six dollars at Amazon.
I haven't hooked this up to a computer yet, but I'am sure it will be fine! Got 1080P, 1080I, 720P, 480P with this cable and the DRM worked like HDMI was designed for!
What are you waiting for, save yourself some time and get cable. It only has an 90 days warranty on it!

Comment: With options from free to over $2XX there is a lot of variety in the HDMI cable market. I Have three 6' HDMI cables with this Amazon HDMI connecting my cable/dvr, a $50 Sony HDMI connecting my PS3 (purchased at Target when I needed it that day), and the one bundled with my Xbox connecting each to a 46" Samsung LCD TV.
The Amazon performs exactly the same as the other two when I tested them each connected to the PS3 playing a Blu-Ray movie. The Amazon cable seems to fit in the middle of the aesthetics/construction of these two cables with the Sony have a nice looking and very pliable white (starting to get dirty) case and the Xbox 360 cable that looks like a commodity quality gray and less flexible casing. The Amazon cable is black and the flexibility is in the middle of the other two, it came with shiny Amazon logos that might get scratched up, but who cares... they are behind your TV.
I didn't want a "free" cable from some specialty store only to pay high shipping and get questionable quality. This one from Amazon was a great deal, 2 day Prime shipping and works as expected. I like the hassle free and recyclable packaging too.

Summary: Great Looking Cable, Poor Quality
Comment: I purchased 3 of these HDMI cables and only 1 worked properly . 2 of them caused intermittent connectivity. When they did work, they caused display failures like bright yellow color-shift in the entire image, or horizontal green blocks in the picture. These problems were encountered using multiple HDMI inputs on a new Panasonic TV using both an Apple TV and a Roku digital video player. Swapping out these cables for known-good cables cleared the problems. Amazon, your house brand cables are a nice idea, just poorly executed.
